It is a mix of learning to be healthy and strong in your body and in your feelings. During these lessons we are learning how important it is to eat healthy food and exercise our bodies in order to be able to think clearly and make good choices. We are also learning to see the beauty in ourselves and in others. Our ideas are important and those of our friends are just as important even if they are different than our own. Respect is the most important theme in all of our lessons. Sharing our ideas can help us to understand our world and we are the future of our world. We must practice understanding and respecting each other.
We must learn to live our lives with health and wellness.
