Registration and payments

For many of the courses there are only a limited amount of places available. Students will be placed according to the order of registration. If a course is full your son/daughter can be placed on a waiting list. Of course our intention is to place all students who want to follow lessons at the United World College Maastricht Music School.

The costs for an individual lesson are 15 Euro per lesson (30 minutes)

The costs for a group lesson are 7.50 Euro per lesson (60 minutes).

At registration you are required to pay a registration fee of 20 Euro.

There are no costs for participating in the school choir.

If your son/daughter would like to follow music lessons at the United World College Maastricht Music School please complete the registration form and hand it in with Ludo Roijen or Tine Vandewege Once your registration is signed and approved by the coordinator, you can set a lesson time with the instrumental teacher on the information evening.

Termination of lessons can only take place after the end of a term and written notification must be submitted to the coordinator of the Instrumental Teaching Program. If it is impossible for a student to attend a private instrumental lesson, at least 24 hours advance notice must be given to the instrumental teacher directly.

The visiting Instrumental teachers depend on this income for their livelihood and should not be penalized finan­cially because of unforeseen events, which affect student attendance. In the exceptional case of an unavoidable absence, The parent, must formally apply for a make up lesson by completing a form and submitting it to the Coordinator.
