Dear Families
Thank you for considering UWC Maastricht Primary School as a possible option for your child/children.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED AND SUBMITTED ALL ITEMS FOR STEP 1 & STEP 2 OF THE PROCEDURE BEFORE 1ST JUNE 2010:
Please note that all families that have submitted all items for Step 1 and Step 2 of the registration process by 1st June are now having their registrations processed.
Due to the large number of registrations please anticipate that this process will take approximately 4 working weeks. Each registration has been allocated a registration number and this is the order in which the registrations will be reviewed and processed. At the end of this review period these families will receive formal confirmation of the final placement decision for their child/children here at UWCM Primary School.
REGISTRATIONS SUBMITTED BEFORE 1ST JUNE 2010 BUT ITEMS FOR STEP 1 & STEP 2 ARE NOT IN PLACE:
Any registrations received before 1st June but without all items in place, we appreciate your efforts to have all items in place as soon as possible. If time allows we will do our best to process these registrations before school closes on 7th July 2010 however this cannot be guaranteed.
REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED ON OR AFTER 1ST JUNE 2010:
Any registrations submitted on or after 1st June 2010 are not guaranteed to be processed before school closes on 7th July 2010. Please expect your registrations to be processed when school re-opens in September 2010. The start date can only be agreed when the registration procedure is complete. We appreciate your support to have all items in place to ensure that your registration can be processed as efficiently as possible.
A FAIR AND EFFICIENT ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE AT UWC MAASTRICHT PRIMARY:
We thank you in advance for your understanding and support of our continued efforts to implement a fair, thorough and efficient registration process.
Please note that Admissions is closed on Wednesdays. We do our best to respond to e-mails within 2 working days (excluding Wednesdays).
